Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. The service

AI Gen Video ("the Service") generates short AI videos from photos and written directions you upload, using fixed templates. The Service is provided as-is; we may change, pause, or discontinue templates as model costs and availability change.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and verify it before generating videos. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of the photos and videos you upload. You confirm you own them or have permission from every person shown. You must not upload content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts, impersonate real people without consent, imitate a specific artist's voice or likeness, or upload copyrighted music. We review inputs and outputs; violations are blocked and may lead to account suspension. See the Content Policy.

4. Credits and payments

Credits are an internal unit used to generate videos — they are not cash and have no fixed cash value. Credits are held when a job starts and captured only on successful delivery; failed generations are returned in full after one automatic retry. One-time pack credits expire 12 months after purchase. You may also pay once for a single video, in which case no credits are involved; if that generation fails, the value of your payment is added to your balance as credits. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled; credits are granted on each billing date, and canceling from your account page stops future billing while keeping the plan active until the end of the current period. Payments are processed by our payment provider; see the Refund Policy.

5. Generated videos

You may use videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes, subject to this agreement and applicable law. We store outputs for 14 days; download them before expiry. We may display outputs to you privately; we do not publicly share your videos unless you explicitly enable sharing.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to generate videos. One person, one account — sharing accounts to pool credits or bypass limits ends both accounts. You are responsible for the photos you upload and confirm you own them or have permission from everyone shown.

Credits and single-video purchases

Credits are a prepaid rendering balance, not money and not a financial instrument. They are held while a job runs, captured only on successful delivery, and returned in full if a generation fails after its automatic retry. Credits from a pack expire 12 months after purchase; the expiry date is always visible on your account page.

A single-video purchase covers exactly one generation at the model, resolution and length shown at checkout. If that generation fails, its value is added to your balance as credits rather than refunded to the card. Both routes are billed in USD through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

What you can do with the output

You own the clips you generate and may post, edit or monetize them, subject to one condition: the people in them consented, and you label AI-generated content where the platform you post to requires it. You may not use the output to impersonate, defame, harass, or deceive — and the content policy applies to the output exactly as it applies to the input.

Service availability and liability

We aim for continuous availability but the service depends on third-party model providers; individual generations can fail, in which case compensation is automatic as described above. The service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amounts you actually paid for the affected generation. These terms are governed by the law stated in the incorporated documents and may be updated with notice on this page.

Prohibited conduct

Beyond the content rules, the following conduct ends the account: automated or scripted access without a written agreement; attempts to bypass rate limits, moderation, or the three-parallel-job cap; sharing one account between multiple people; reselling generation capacity; and misrepresenting generated content as documentary footage in a way that causes real harm.

We may update model availability, scene libraries and per-second rates at any time — the live price on the generator at the moment you confirm is the binding one for that generation. Material changes to these terms are announced on this page; continuing to use the service after an announcement means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms, a generation, a refund request or a data request all start at the same place: the contact address listed on the privacy page. Include the order id or job id where relevant — it turns a back-and-forth into a one-reply answer.

Changes to a running job

A job that has started cannot be edited — model, scene, resolution and length are locked at submission so the provider renders exactly what you confirmed. You can cancel a queued job before it starts, but once a job is processing, the charge stands for a delivered video and the compensation policy covers everything else.
